I ordered this bag within a very limited time frame with an impending international departure date. One phone call to the seller, and they went beyond their call of duty to ensure it was collected for shipment ASAP to arrive in time, and then took the experience a step further with throwing in a personalised tag. The service was e expected yet very appreciated. The bag is durable,light and folds up small for stowing. The 130L would have been good too - I was concerned the 110L may be too big but its perfect for the 23kg weight limit (any larger as far as the bag goes and it would have been too much - unless you have a lot of bulky winter gear for travelling.^
